PLANS FOR AMERICAN JIHAD BEGAN IN OKLAHOMA CITY ON CHRISTMAS DAY 1992.
According to Steven Emerson's eyewitness account. Emerson appeared on C-SPAN December 6, 2007 'Terrorism in the U.S.' Speaking before the World Affairs Council, Emerson says he accidentally stumbled upon The Oklahoma Conference. He said CNN sent him to Oklahoma City to report on something else. On Christmas Day, he was driving by the conference center and he noticed a large group of Muslim men, and women dressed in full covering, coming out of the conference center. He investigated and discovered that the conference was attended by every terrorist group from around the world, promoting jihad against the United States.
In 1994, Emerson created the documentary, 'Terrorists Among Us: Jihad in America.'
The Muslim Brotherhood - formed in 1928 in Egypt - is the origin of all the Islamists groups, according to Emerson.
